Chase the ACE!

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES:

1. Tickets are $10 each – tickets will be voided and destroyed each week after the drawing.
2. Winner will automatically receive 10% of the weekly ticket sales. If the Ace of Hearts is drawn the winner will receive the Jackpot. If the Ace of Hearts is not selected, the fundraiser will continue.
3. Drawings will be held weekly and will be streamed Live on the Harrisburg Chamber of Commerce Facebook page.
4. If the winner is present, they will have the opportunity to select their envelope. If they are not present one attempt will be made to call the winner from (605)777-9120. If they are available to take the phone call, they will be given the opportunity to select the envelope they would like opened. If they are not available, the envelope that they preselected on their registration will be opened. If they did not preselect a number or that number is not available an envelope will be selected at random.
5. You must be 18 or older to purchase a ticket.
6. A standard deck of 52 cards along with 2 jokers will be used to start the contest.
7. Ticket sales will begin in person on Friday June 9th at the Harrisburg Days event grounds and will run until around 8:45pm on Saturday, June 10th. The first drawing will take place during the intermission of the Johnny Holm Band Concert. 
8. Tickets can then be purchased in person at Big J’s Roadhouse, Fresh Horses Saloon and The Bunker during their regular business hours until 3:00pm the day of the drawing. Ticket sales will continue until 7:00pm at the location of the weekly drawing. Tickets can also be purchased online at www.harrisburgsdchamber.com until 7:00pm the evening of the drawing.
9. A schedule of drawing dates and locations will be published on Facebook and on our website.
10. Volunteers who assist with that week’s drawing and their immediate families will not be allowed to purchase tickets for that week’s draw.
11. Once the Ace of Hearts is drawn the contest will conclude.
12. No refunds on purchases.
13. No limit on the number of tickets purchased by an individual.
14. If the winnings are over the South Dakota State Lottery amount a 1099 will be issued.
15. Winner’s check will be available 2 business days after the drawing date.
16. Sales breakdown:
    • 10% goes to Weekly Winner
    • 40 % is added to Jackpot
    • 50% supports Harrisburg Chamber of Commerce
