Hi, my name is Trever Wagner and I am the owner of Vitalis MVMT + Wellness in Harrisburg, SD. I wanted to open a physical therapy clinic that provides the community a safe haven and family oriented atmosphere for anyone seeking physical therapy services. I started as to ensure patients recover safely and efficiently from their acute or chronic pain, injury, or post-surgical rehabilitation process by optimizing movement and providing the highest level of independence for our patients. I chose the Harrisburg community as I believe this area has that small town feel and camaraderie to it. I believe it is a great community to grow a business as the Sioux Falls and surrounding area continue to expand. I am excited to be a part of this community and look forward to serving patients throughout the surrounding area with any physical therapy needs!
